Our accredited pathways enable students to study towards nationally recognised qualifications, as well as non-accredited learning to support the achievement of individual long term goals and ambitions. We ensure each student receives the support and guidance to help them learn new skills, alongside their peers, in a community where understanding and being understood is paramount. A key aim of the individual and bespoke learning plans are the long term destinations which include independent or supported living, leisure activities, voluntary work, social enterprise, supported employment, FE or training and part-time or full-time employment.
The college supports students to develop their personal and social development skills to increase their confidence and self-esteem that impacts on their independence and employability.
